Limited Lifetime Warranty

Kalona Poly Outdoor Furniture will repair or replace products that fail due to manufacturing defects or material defects providing manufacturer inspection indicates that an original dent exists. All shipping and handling costs involved in the repair or replacement of item(s) shall be the responsibility of the customer. HDPE is a synthetic product and may scratch easily and may fade slightly when exposed to direct sunlight. It also may stain after direct contact for long periods of time with other substances. Some expansion and contraction are to be expected during changes in humanity and temperature. Due to this change, some slight not covered under this warranty. Stainless steel fasteners may rust in certain conditions, such as coastal and high humidity areas if not maintained. This warranty does not cover rusting fasteners, and structural failure due to rusting fasteners. Damage caused by unauthorized service or repair, and/or alterations of this product, abuse, misuse, normal wear, or any attempt to use the product in a manner other than its intended purpose will not be covered under this warranty.

Hardware Specific Warranty Coverage

Glider arms are covered under its manufacturer’s warranty policy with a 5-year coverage. Swivels are covered under their manufacturer’s warranty policy with a lifetime coverage.
